Motherhood can change your body, energy and schedule — and you still deserve time for yourself. Your strength, confidence and worth are not defined by how quickly you “bounce back”. Realistic training for every chapter, no perfection required.

FitXDeb · Your information

Privacy & email updates.

When you request introductory-offer details, the sign-up form asks for your email address, the offer you are interested in, and (if applicable) your postcode district so I can check travel availability. I use the details you submit to respond to your request. The separate optional marketing checkbox is for future FitXDeb coaching tips, offers and class updates; it is not pre-ticked and you can request the offer without signing up to marketing.

Important: This downloadable preview does not save email sign-ups. The form in this website is prepared for a website form service but is not connected to a live inbox or database yet. When hosting and form collection have been set up, I will name the actual provider here and explain where your submissions are stored before collecting sign-ups. Please do not enter sensitive medical information into this form.

The coaching enquiry form opens WhatsApp with the details you choose to send. Your message is sent only when you send it in WhatsApp; the static preview does not store the enquiry. Once live, FitXDeb will use the information you provide to handle enquiries and arrange services and will not add you to unrelated email marketing without the appropriate permission.

You can ask about your data or withdraw your consent to marketing by emailing fitxdeb@gmail.com. A complete published privacy notice, including the hosting/form provider, retention periods and any other applicable processors, will be finalised before the website starts collecting personal data. FITXDEB · BEFORE YOU BOOK

Booking information.

FitXDeb offers online coaching, mobile personal training and one-off gym technique sessions for women, with mums particularly in mind. This page gives you an overview; service-specific terms and the coaching agreement are provided for you to review before you commit to a paid booking.

What you’ll receive

Your consultation will explain the selected service, what’s included, session length or coaching period, the price and any relevant travel or venue entry fees. You’ll receive the full amount and proposed arrangements before booking.

Location and access

Mobile sessions are subject to travel availability and a suitable agreed training space. A Gym Confidence Session at your gym can only take place if the venue permits visiting personal trainers. Any applicable entry fees will be confirmed first.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

The cancellation, rescheduling, missed-session and refund arrangements for your chosen service will be explained in your written coaching agreement before you pay. Where consumer cancellation rights apply, they will be explained before you book. Nothing on this page removes your statutory rights.

Training, wellbeing and privacy

We’ll discuss your experience, goals and any relevant training considerations through a separate onboarding process. You’re welcome to request adaptations when you’re tired, on your period or having a difficult week. Fitness coaching is not medical care.

Photos, videos, testimonials and marketing-email updates are separate choices, not automatic conditions of ordinary coaching. Any launch-content arrangements will be explained and agreed individually before booking. See privacy & email updates or ask a question.

Questions? Email fitxdeb@gmail.com before paying.

Home, gym or hybrid programming depending on your routine and equipment.

Stay accountable

Regular check-ins and ongoing support to help you keep moving forward.

Progress properly

Your training can be adjusted as your strength, confidence and circumstances change.

FITXDEB · ADAPT & MOVE

A different kind of consistency.

Some weeks you feel strong. Other weeks, period symptoms, tiredness or the demands of motherhood make your usual session feel like too much. You haven't fallen off — we can adapt the plan to how you feel.

30-minute adapted sessionA shorter, lower-intensity workout with exercise swaps when you still want to train.
15-minute gentle movementEasy movement or mobility on days when a full session doesn't feel right.
Rest is an optionRest, walk or recover without a punishment workout or having to “make up” the session.

We work from your symptoms and energy rather than assuming everyone feels the same at the same point of their cycle. This is an optional coaching adjustment, not a medical treatment or a promise about hormonal results.

Strength for real life

Build strength that carries into life.

The goal is not simply to complete workouts. It is to become stronger, more capable and more confident in what your body can do — and to build habits that can survive busy weeks too.

Consistency over extremes
FitXDeb Mobile Personal Training

Personal training brought to you.

Personal training brought to your home, with mums and busy women in mind. No extra gym commute — just a session planned around your goals, space and schedule in Stockport and selected surrounding areas.

Mobile Personal Training

Train in your own space.

I bring the equipment needed for your session. If you have equipment at home, we can incorporate it where suitable. Training can be one-to-one or, where suitable, shared with a friend, sister, partner or family member.

Each session is planned around your goals, current ability and the space or equipment available to you.

No gym commute

Train at home or another suitable agreed location.

Tailored sessions

Sessions are planned around your goals, ability and available space.

Flexible setup

Solo or shared training may be possible depending on the session and group.

Areas covered

Not sure if I cover your area?

I’m based around Stockport and offer mobile PT in selected surrounding areas. Send me your postcode district (for example, SK7) when enquiring, and I’ll confirm whether I can travel to you before we arrange a session. There’s no fixed list of locations yet.

FitXDeb · One-off 1:1 session

Walk in unsure. Leave with a plan.

A dedicated, hands-on session to practise the gym exercises that feel intimidating when you are training alone — at your own gym, where visiting personal trainers are permitted.

Gym Confidence Session

Learn the moves. Build the confidence.

Maybe you have an online training plan but aren’t sure how to set up the machines, approach the squat rack or use the assisted pull-up machine. We’ll practise the key exercises together, at a pace that works for you.

I’ll demonstrate, help you get set up and give you individual feedback on the movements in your programme, so you have a clearer idea of what to do when you return independently.

IN THE SESSION

We can work through…

01 Squat patterns & squat-rack setup
02 Assisted pull-ups & upper-body equipment
03 Hinge, push & pull movements in your plan
04 Settings, starting loads & individual technique cues

The exercises and number of movements covered will depend on your goals, experience and session length. We’ll agree a focus beforehand.

Standalone or alongside coaching

One session, tailored to you.

You can book a technique session as a one-off or alongside FitXDeb Online Coaching. Learning a movement’s foundations helps, but each new variation still needs its own setup and practice.

Ask about availability →
Location & gym access

Your gym, subject to permission.

Already have a gym membership? Tell me which gym and branch you attend when you enquire. I’ll check whether they allow a visiting personal trainer to coach you there. Your Gym Confidence Session can only go ahead at that gym if they give permission. I’ll confirm travel, access and any entry fees with you before booking. If your gym doesn’t permit external PTs, I won’t be able to provide this session there.

Any photo or video content is optional for this service and would only be created with your permission and the venue’s permission.

Meet Debbie

Fitness that understands real life.

I’m Debbie — a qualified personal trainer, mum of three and the founder of FitXDeb. I believe training should add to your life, not become another thing you feel you are failing at.

Debbie, founder of FitXDeb
Founder & coach

Strength means more than what you lift.

I help women build strength, confidence and consistency through training that works around real responsibilities, changing energy levels and busy routines.

For me, strength training is not only about changing how your body looks. It can teach patience, consistency and confidence that carries into the rest of your life.

“Getting stronger is about more than what you can lift.”

Motherhood & real life

Your goals do not have to compete with your family.

Life does not pause so that you can train. FitXDeb is built around the reality that women can have children, work, responsibilities and unpredictable days — and still deserve support with their own goals.

FitXDeb support

More than workouts.

Training support for the weeks that go to plan and the weeks that don’t. FitXDeb is built with mums in mind, welcomes all women and adapts around real lives.

Questions

FAQs.

If your question is not here, send an enquiry and I will happily talk it through with you.

Do you work with beginners?+

Yes. Your training is built around your current experience and ability, so you do not need to feel confident in the gym before starting.

Can online coaching include home workouts?+

Yes. Your programme can be home-based, gym-based or a mixture of both depending on what realistically works for you.

Where is mobile personal training available?+

I’m based around Stockport and cover selected surrounding areas. Add your postcode district (for example, SK7) to your enquiry and I’ll check whether I can travel to you before confirming a booking.

Can mobile personal training be shared?+

Potentially, yes. Depending on the setup, sessions may be suitable for two or a small number of people training together. Send an enquiry with what you have in mind.

Do you provide equipment for mobile sessions?+

Yes. I’ll provide the equipment for your mobile PT session. If you already have equipment at home, we can incorporate that too where it suits your programme.

What is the Gym Confidence Session?+

It’s a one-off, personalised 1:1 technique session. We can practise movements such as squats, assisted pull-ups and the equipment used in your programme. It’s available alongside online coaching or as a standalone service.

Can we meet in my gym?+

Only if the venue expressly permits an external trainer to coach there. We’ll confirm gym permission, access and any entry fees before you book. A day pass alone does not establish permission for me to provide paid training in a gym.

How much does coaching cost?+

I will talk you through the relevant options after your enquiry so I can understand what you are looking for first.

When will FitXDeb classes launch?+

Dates have not been announced yet. You can register your interest on the Classes page and I will let you know about future sessions.

I’m a mum with a busy schedule. Can coaching work around family life?

Yes. FitXDeb was designed with mums in mind, while welcoming all women. Your programme can use home workouts, gym sessions or a combination, depending on your actual time and equipment.

What if I’m on my period or just not feeling 100%?

Tell me how you are feeling. Adapt & Move offers an optional shorter, lower-intensity 30-minute session, around 15 minutes of gentle movement, or rest and recovery. We adapt based on your symptoms and energy, not rigid cycle schedules. You do not have to make up missed workouts.

Do I have to be a mum to train with FitXDeb?

No. My coaching is built with motherhood and real-life responsibilities in mind, but women without children are welcome too.

Do I need to agree to being filmed?

No for standard coaching. If you enquire about a discounted launch-content session, we will discuss any filming or photography separately and agree what you are comfortable sharing before booking. Ordinary coaching is available without publicity.
